Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please check your meal or beverage immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is prepared to your satisfaction and matches your order confirmation.
- 2.Notify Our Staff
If there is an issue with your order, inform your server or our delivery support team within 15 minutes of receipt to initiate a correction or refund.
- 3.Provide Verification
For quality concerns regarding delivery or takeout, please provide a photo of the item and your digital receipt to help our kitchen team investigate the discrepancy.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once a claim is verified, we will either provide an immediate replacement, issue a store credit, or process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
