What are your standard delivery hours?
We offer delivery and pickup services from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Please note that the kitchen closes 30 minutes prior to the lounge closing time.
Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes, our menu features a curated selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. These items are clearly marked with icons on our digital menu for your convenience.
How do you ensure food quality during transit?
We use specialized thermal-insulated packaging and secure containers to ensure your meal arrives at the optimal temperature and maintains its presentation.
What is your policy on order cancellations?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 5 minutes of placement. Once the kitchen has begun preparing your meal, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
Can I make a reservation for the rooftop through the website?
Absolutely. You can book a table directly through our 'Reservations' tab. For groups larger than 10, please contact our events team via the contact form.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Eter Rooftop digital gift cards.
